My husband and I ( and dogs) regularly frequent the Novello Lounge at Southwater, what wonderful staff you have, always remember your favourite drinks, served with a smile and a chirpy ‘hello, you okay today’. I do love the food and atmosphere here too. Here’s a little story of how special they are… our beloved dog passed away recently, they noticed straight away he wasn’t with us, they gave us a knowing look and left us alone as they could see we were struggling without him. On our next visit, they gave us a card with beautiful kind words, treats for our other dog and some chocolates for us. We were blown away by their kindness, and sincerity, I’m hoping they (and their managers) will read this and know how special they are!

Unfortunately food was not to a good standard we had soup of the day and paninis, soup was tasteless and very watery, and the other dish was an anemic roll with thin slice of cheese with egg , not appetizing at all, we did tell the waiter but no feedback , not a good response from this establishment, has the chef changed as management needs to check up on these things.

Relaxed place and good food (I had the tapas). Downside was that despite advertising they accept American Express on the door, the website you use to order your phone doesn’t accept it - frustrating.

I’ve always had a positive experience here. Food is tasty, vibe is nice and I think it’s a great asset to Telford. Staff are always pleasant too :)

Lovely to see this place pop up in Telford. It has really elevated the brunch options in the area and is family and dog friendly. I regularly attend with my parents and am pleased to see increasing vegan options on the menu. So easy to order and pay either in person or via the QR code. Also - very nice decor, feels cosy like a living room.

Once again, another positive experience visiting the Lounge brand. We had good food, mocktails and pleasant service. the staff are very welcoming to children with additional needs.

Good food and service. Unfortunately everywhere around are dogs. I'm allergic to dog fur and can think of nothing worse than having dogs in a restaurant. The one dog barked at everyone who walked passed and another stuck it's nose on our table as it walked by. This cannot be hygienic.

Busy and popular place due to great manager and staff. Dogs welcome and nibbles / bowls for them. Great range of allergies catered for. I am GF (colitis) and never have a problem eating here. Recommend this branch (Telford).

Called for food whilst out doing a bit of shopping. Nothing fancy but good price choices and service.
I had the basic burger, which still comes with fries and slaw. My wife had a ciabatta sandwich which had southern fried chicken in it and she ordered a side of fries. All the food was tasty and at a good price.
I had a pint of Brixton IPA, my wife had coke. Free glass of water is available in the end of the bar if you want that.
Overall, nice place for a quick bite if you are in town. And it won't break the bank.

I recently visited the area from overseas and found myself having breakfast at Novello as often as I could. The service was lovely, the ambience friendly and the food was delicious time and time again. Thank you!

Great food. My only negative is, if you have the lounge breakfast, there is no option for an extra portion of beans on the app, only an option to have them removed, otherwise 5/5

Good but put the price up rather than cutting portion size e.g. Mac and cheese is in a v shallow dish and consists of a couple of forkfuls, previously it was a decent portion. Also there were v few chickpeas in the shakshuka. TBH it's kinda put me off returning.
